The concept of Alarmy is great, and prior to the 3.0 release, it was the only alarm that would actually get me out of bed. But the 3.0 release introduced some big problems, and the 3.01 release made them worse.
As of 3.01, the camera only takes blank, black pictures. Consequently, the only way to turn off the alarm is to delete the app.
As of 3.0, the camera forces you to use the phones flash, and does not allow you to disable it. So if your reference picture was not taken using the flash, as mine was not, the only way to get the picture to match is to try to use your finger to cover up the flash but not the camera.
A few new features have been introduced with no explanation of what they do, and no way to find out. What is power saving mode? What is headphone mode? I will probably never know.
